Student Job (f/m/x) - People Data Controlling (20-25 h/week)
We are part of the People, Culture and Organization division of RBI. Our team covers a lot of different topics with focus on Data, Reporting and IT Systems. In our responsibility lies administration of several HR related systems and related data. Data Analysis, Reporting and Controlling are the core competencies of our team. We provide the underlying information for management of RBI in order to perform the people related decisions in the best manners.

What you can expect
- Taking care of different requests in the field of People Analytics
- Preparing reports for management and other stakeholders
- Evaluating and analyzing data from different systems (mainly in Excel)
- Supporting the team with system administration
- Working with technologies such as Office 365, PowerBI, PostgreSQL, JIRA, SAP SuccessFactors
- Supporting the development and automation of reports and processes
- Facilitating process optimization and data quality checks
Your core competencies
- You are currently enrolled at University
- You have a very good knowledge of English, German is a plus
- You have good analytical thinking, enjoy working with complex problems
- You have good Excel skills
- You have the ability to work independently, you are not afraid of showing initiative and bringing in new ideas and self-study
- You wish to be part of a team that brings enthusiasm and energy to the workplace and values strong team spirit
- You desire to develop knowledge of people data and processes connected to employee well-being
